Crackers with Sea Salt - 160 g

Sale price€3,99

Salty crackers made with spent grain flour which gives theses crackers a unique aroma. All ingredients are organic.

Every year, more than 200 billion liters of beer are produced worldwide. When breweries produce beer, it leaves behind a byproduct called brewer’s spent grain. Brewer’s spent grain is composed of malted and mashed grain, which is removed once the sugar has been extracted from the grain so that the beer can start to ferment.

At Agrain®, we turn brewer’s spent grain from organic beer production into nutrient-rich specialty flours and new food from a resource that would otherwise be lost. One packet of crackers contains brewer’s spent grain from 0.66 liters of beer.

Box: Pack contains 16 crackers.
